1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tickora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including event organizers and attendees.

2. Description of Service

Tickora is an event discovery and ticketing platform that connects event organizers with attendees in Bangladesh. We provide tools for creating events, selling tickets, and managing attendees. We act as an intermediary between organizers and attendees and are not responsible for the events themselves.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Tickora, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Event Organizers

As an event organizer, you agree to:

Provide accurate event information including date, time, venue, and pricing
Honor all tickets sold through the Platform
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh
Handle refunds according to your stated refund policy
Not use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent events

Tickora charges a service fee on ticket sales. Fee structures are communicated during the event creation process.

5. Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets through Tickora:

All sales are between you and the event organizer
Tickora facilitates the transaction but is not the seller
Refunds are subject to the organizer's refund policy
Tickets may not be resold or transferred unless permitted by the organizer
You must present valid tickets for entry to events

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions. All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Tickora is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Upload malicious code or interfere with Platform operations
Create fake accounts or events
Engage in ticket scalping or unauthorized resale
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Tickora, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by Tickora or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. Event organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant Tickora a license to display and promote their events on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tickora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, event cancellations, or disputes between organizers and attendees. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to Tickora in connection with the transaction in question.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Tickora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notifications.
